In addition to product design and strategy, I helped implement a product development process that used collaboration, knowledge sharing, and outcome definition as the foundation for on-time, valuable feature delivery.

2020 | SAP Eureka | Researcher and Strategist
Using gamification to make mundane tasks exciting and engaging
As a Researcher and Strategist, I had the opportunity to work with SAP Eureka to increase adoption and user engagement of their Claims Management System.
I was a part of a 4 people team and served as the primary researcher. We collaborated with the CPO, COO and the core product team through workshops and review sessions. We started with a broad, vague problem, eventually narrowing it down to practical and applicable solution- gamification.
I was responsible for conducting research and turning our findings into a manual for gamification.
The designs, prototypes and gamification manual were scheduled for release in 2021. Coverage for these was to be shared through a series of blog posts, the first of which is listed below.

2017 - 2020 | CareerPlug | Product Experience Manager
Helping SMBs learn compliant and ethical hiring practices
My journey at CareerPlug began at a time when the company recognized the need to revisit its user experience and consider a brand overhaul. As a Senior Product Designer, I learned about the hiring and broader employment industry and created a design system + scalable collaborative product development process.
The new app experience called “Voyager” launched in 2020. I helped define a new brand identity and visual design to accompany Voyagers’ launch. I provided creative direction for photography, illustrations, and the company website seen today.
As the Manager of Product Experience, I grew the design team and helped construct product squads consisting of engineers and a designer.
